LOCAL DELIVERY (HONG KONG)
All orders placed are fulfilled within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. All orders are processed and shipped from Hong Kong.
International Orders
Most international orders arrive within 5–15 business days after shipment. International shipping charges are non-refundable. Duties, taxes, and fees vary by destination.
In many countries, all applicable duties and taxes are included in the price you see at checkout. In others, these charges may be shown at checkout or collected by local customs upon delivery. When duties and taxes are shown at checkout, the total is guaranteed. Any duties or taxes assessed upon delivery are the responsibility of the recipient and are not refundable.

Exchanges & REFUNDS
You can exchange unused, tagged items within 7 days of receiving them for a different size or color within the same brand (Sunnysideup with Sunnysideup, saachi with saachi), subject to stock. Please note that return shipping, re-shipping fees and any price differences are the customer's responsibility.
Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original condition with hygiene liners and tags intact
- Returned in original packaging
