Shipping Policy
All orders placed are fulfilled within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. All orders are processed and shipped from Hong Kong.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or carrier fees charged by the destination country. International shipping delays may occur due to customs clearance. International shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for store credit only and exchanges for a different colour or size, subject to stock availability. All requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original condition with hygiene liners and tags intact
- Returned in original packaging
Items showing signs of wear, staining, or odour will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
