What size should I order?

What is the difference between cheeky/medium/full bum coverage?
All bottoms have the same front coverage. They differ in back coverage, the measurement comparing cheeky to medium is 7-10cm, and medium to full is 2-4cm. To further help, we also have ‘on body’ images on the product pages too.

How do I take care of my swimwear?
Do not tumble dry, dry clean, iron or use bleach. Rinse after contact with salt water or chlorine. Hand wash with cold water, using mild, gentle soap. Lay flat to dry.

How can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order once your order has been placed. If you need to make any changes to your shipping address, please DM us at @sunnysideup.club within 8 hours of placing your order. We will not be able to make any changes beyond that period.
When will my order arrive?
We generally deliver all local orders within 3-5 days. International orders may take longer to arrive due to unforseen circumstances and custom clearance processes which are out of our control.
How can I check on my order?
Simply log in and go to "My Account". You'll be able to check on all orders made through our website via that page.
What is a pre-order item? Can I cancel my pre-order?
A Pre-order item is one that you order before we have it in our inventory. You may cancel until the time your order has been processed. To cancel, please DM us at @sunnysideup.club or email us at enquires@sunnysideups.com.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
We're so sorry about that! Please DM us at @sunnysideup.club with your attachment and order ID and we'll look into it for you.
I haven't received any order confirmation email, what should I do?
If you have not received your order confirmation email within 24 hours of making your purchase, please check your spam mailbox or drop us an email with your order number and we'll look into it for you.
What payment methods does Sunnysideup accept?
We offer major payment methods like VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, UnionPay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay. Additional local payment methods such as PayMe and FPS are available and viewable upon checkout.
What currency do you use for your prices?
We display and collect payments in the local currency when you select your shipping country. You will be charged in the currency listed at checkout.

How much does local delivery cost?
We offer local delivery at a flat rate of HKD 38 per order.
Does Sunnysideup provide international shipping?
Yes! We currently ship to Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, Vietnam, Taiwan, South Korea, Indonesia, Philippines, Australia, US & UK.
How much does international shipping cost?

I am placing an international order, does the shipping cost include duties, taxes and other customs fees?
Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping costs. We ship all international orders delivery duties unpaid (ddu), which means any fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination and must be paid by the recipient.
How duties, taxes and other customs fees are treated is dependent on what country you are shipping to. Deliveries to some countries are shipped without having to pay additional duties and/or taxes. This means you will not have to pay these fees separately when your order arrives.

What is the return policy?
At this time, we accept returns for store credit only. All return requests must be made within 14 days after the date of delivery. Items returned must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, hygiene liners/tags still intact, and returned in original packaging. Any signs wear such as stain and odor on the merchandise will be sent back to the customers. To start the process, please email us at enquires@sunnysideups.com to request return. The customer is responsible for return delivery/shipping costs.
What should i do if i receive a wrong product or product with noticeable defects?
If you have received a defective item, please ensure that the product is in original condition with returns tag and hygiene seal remaining in place. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. You may DM us at @sunnysideup.club stating your order ID along with photo proof to further the matter.
Can I exchange an item that doesn't fit?
We offer exchanges for another item in your preferred colour and size within 14 days of receiving your items, subject to stock availability. Items must be returned in their unworn and unused condition with tags/liners still attached. To start the process, please email us at enquires@sunnysideups.com to request exchange. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the exchange item.
